Brian Hungwe (BBC) talks to Zim PMs about Circumcision

I don't imagine my foreskin could be [removed] and I remain with a whole body. I will not be whole anymore, and I suspect my age-mates, those that I grew up... I know some ethnic groups in Zimbabwe who do that as part their cultural practice, and they have every right to do it ... those that have not done it, I don't see many resorting to [circumcision]... We have our own ways of looking after our health, and this is what we should be insisting on, underlining... Some of them have told me "It's madness, it's bizarre" to suggest that circumcision would suddenly reduce HIV/AIDS infection... instead of focusing on the real problems caused by the spread of HIV/AIDS... myself, my children, are not doing [circumcision].
